Well-rounded, sassy, and creative!

What is your personal fashion style?

Casual chic, classy, and romantic. I love a good pair of ripped jeans, a flowy blouse and leather ankle boots. Other times, I will put on a long dress that I can twirl and a pair of open toe heels. I have way too many shoes in my closet, but all you ladies can relate. 

What’s the most interesting thing you’ve read or seen this week?

A 37-year old mom goes undercover as an 11-year old girl to expose the dangers children are facing on social media platforms like Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok etc. Unsupervised children are constantly exposed to online predators, grooming, and psychological abuse. In 2018 alone, the undercover mom alerted the FBI to 99 child predators. The mom and her team’s goal is to help parents and schools understand this new reality. They started this project to bring awareness to online grooming.

What do you do for a living?

Former manager and assistant fashion coordinator turned chiropractic assistant! Joined the medical field to better help those in need.

What do you find rewarding about your career?

The best reward is a pain-free patient. Assisting patients from chronic pains to tolerable to no pain is a heartwarming experience!

What are your hobbies outside of work?

Traveling! I can’t get enough of it! With an American mother and a British father, I’ve had the pleasure of traveling to 13 countries, immersing myself in their cultures and arts. I also enjoy cooking and love exploring different forms of oil and watercolor paintings.

What is your favorite item in your closet?

A custom Swarovski mini denim skirt that I designed.

What are the best and worst purchases you’ve ever made?

Best purchase was a sky-blue wool dress coat in Seoul. Worst purchase was a pair of cat flats from TJ Maxx.

Who is your favorite designer on Fashwire and why?

Olivia Annabelle. Each of her pieces is a unique statement! Her colors and patterns compliment very well. The textures and cut of the clothes pull together beautifully.

You’re picking next season's color trend. What color would you pick and why?

Spring 2021: Pantone’s Calypso coral. It’s very vibrant and has such a beautiful peachy tone. It also contains a deeper meaning for me. When I was young, I loved the ocean and fell in love with the coral reefs. I would create a line of clothes that had sea themed colors and host a charity event for Coral Reef Alliance to help restore coral reefs.

When social distancing comes to an end, who is the first person you will see and why?

Daniel, my boyfriend! We are on opposite sides of the US. The poor thing doesn’t have the greatest fashion sense so I will go shopping with him and burn his closet lol. 

What are your goals for the future? 

Being only 22, I have accomplished a lot thus far. To be honest, I don't truly know what I want to do with my life. I am passionate about so many different things, making it difficult to pick just one. However, I know it'll feel right when the opportunity arises.
