Designer Name: EFFEI

The patterns come from original paintings purchased directly from the artists with the aim of maintaining and promoting Australian Aboriginal art. The stitches symbolize stars, sparks, scorched earth, to bring back the connection of the earth with the ancestral world from which everything originated. This particular design is made by Taya Price, an Aboriginal designer from a family of artists in Utopia, in northern Australia.
