This necklace is handmade from fresh water pearls and our sterling silver plated Aztec coin pendant. The MHART Aztec coin pendant features the historic symbols used to calculate the days, seasons, and years in the Mesoamerican calendar. It consists of a 365 day cycle called Xiuhpohualli, and a 260 day ritual cycle known as Tonalpohualli. Together, these two cycles form a 52 year century.Details:
